In order to film within the Borough of Leonia, various items are required:

1. Permit Fee of $75 ($125  for expedited processing if application is received four or less days prior to filming).
2. $150 daily filming fee (unless film has a budget of over $20,000,000, in which case it is $500).
3. Proof of insurance for bodily injury to any one person in the amount of $500,000 and any occurrence in the aggregate amount of $1,000,000. For property damage for each occurrence in the aggregate amount of $300,000.
4. A signed hold harmless agreement with the Borough of Leonia,
5. The posting of $500 cash or $500 maintenance bond that runs in favor of the Borough of Leonia.
