Mayor's Advisory Committee on Pedestrian Safety & Transportation
The Mayor's Advisory Committee on Pedestrian Safety & Transportation is charged with providing input and guidance to the Mayor and through the Mayor, the Council, on issues affecting Borough residents, specifically as it regards these areas.
Mayor's Advisory Committee on Race & Equity (MACORE)
The Committee’s mission is to cultivate a unified, inclusive, and anti-racist local community by educating and engaging residents, identifying areas of potential bias, and making strategic recommendations for policy and practice to the Mayor, Council, and other governing bodies that advance diversity, equity and inclusion throughout Leonia for all people regardless of race, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious affiliation, ability status, or legal status.
Mayor's Sculpture Garden Advisory Committee
Sculpture for Leonia is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization established in 2008 with the purpose of enhancing the historically rich art and cultural environment in Leonia, New Jersey through the display of outdoor sculpture. The Erika and David Boyd Sculpture Garden, located at Broad Avenue and Beechwood Place in Leonia, showcases sculptures from artists around the world who provide their pieces on loan. Sculptures, some of which have been donated to the town, have also been placed in different locations including the Leonia public library, schools and parks.

Mayor's Advisory Committee on the Arts
The Leonia Mayor's Advisory Committee on the Arts is a volunteer committee administrating the rotating exhibits within the public space of the Leonia Municipal Center at 229 Fort Lee Rd. in Leonia, NJ. The Committee is made up of professional artists, curators and others within the visual art community. The mission of the Committee is to provide curated exhibits for the public to enjoy while creating opportunities for artists.

We are dedicated to raising awareness of the disease of mental illness and create a culture wherein residents who have the disease feel supported by their community and neighbors and feel free to seek treatment without fear of stigma.

Mayor's Advisory Committee for Age-Friendly Leonia
The Mayor’s Age-Friendly Leonia Advisory Committee is committed to making Leonia more livable for people of all ages, especially older adults. A member of the AARP Network of Age-Friendly States and Communities, the committee is being funded by an initial grant from the State of New Jersey. The grant is facilitating a 2025 needs assessment survey that will lead to an action plan designed to foster a cycle of continuous improvement.
