NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed submissions will be received by the Qualified Purchasing Agent, or designated representative, for the Borough of Leonia, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 10:00A.M. prevailing time, in the Conference Room, Borough of Leonia Municipal Building, 312 Broad Ave, Leonia, N.J. 07605 then publicly opened and read aloud for the following:

Standardized submission requirements and selection criteria are on file and available through the Qualified Purchasing Agent:

If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. Seq.

This RFP has been advertised in accordance with the “Fair and Open Process” in accordance with (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.7).
