TAKE NOTICE The Borough of Leonia is seeking proposals from financial institutions to provide payroll services.  This contract will be awarded using the “fair and open” process under the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play” Law, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq., and Competitive Contracting under the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.3.
